This private residence was built in the 1960s and was owned by one family. The building was neglected for years before new owners bought it and decided to give the house much needed love. Building had gone through a few different phases of renovations in the past and design was a very mix match. The large yard had apple trees and birch trees, otherwise nature had taken over the yard.

New owners wanted to do the renovation by respecting the area when the house was built and decided to keep the design more classic in style.
Outside the entire yard was cleaned up and added some new plants and new walkways and driveway. The enclosed balcony was opened up by changing the banister with wood and glass banister instead. And drainage around the house was added.
Inside the house plumbing and electrical was updated and all the surfaces got new paint or flooring. Downstairs laundry room and half bathroom was rearranged and enlarged to make it more convenient, the kitchen and living room wall was opened to create a more open concept and all the kitchen cabinets, appliances and counters were updated.
