Cape Coral Technical College is the sole college in the area for city more than 200 000 residents. The current programs of the school are offering carriers in healthcare, technology, business and hospitality. There is no traditional blue collar workforce training in the area. The new 34,400 square feet addition will add programs for construction, HVAC, welding, Automotive repair and marine technology. Allowing training for more than 150 skilled workers annually

This project was designed in joint venture with ADG & GMC.

The GMC created programing and schematic design and helped in Construction Documents and renderings.
